AWKR Quality is a rapidly growing engineering and execution company specializing in the design, prefabrication and assembly of advanced industrial installations made of stainless and acid-resistant steel.
Our strength is the combination of engineering expertise and practical welding craftsmanship. For years we have delivered reliable process solutions for the most demanding industries – including food, dairy, pharmaceutical and chemical.

Consulting and requirements analysis
Every project starts with a detailed understanding of your needs. We analyse the technical specification, scope of work and construction or production requirements. We help select the optimal equipment and staffing solutions matched to the assignment and applicable standards.

Planning and schedule
We prepare a precise action plan, work schedule and budget calculation. We assemble a mobile crew with the right qualifications and complete the formal documentation required (including A1) to ensure lawful work across the EU.

Installation and execution
Our team arrives on site with its own transport, fully equipped with specialist tools and protective clothing. We carry out installation, welding or structural work strictly to the design, maintaining the highest HSE and quality-control standards.

System integration
We connect completed structural elements, pipelines and process lines with the plant’s existing infrastructure. We focus on execution precision, joint tightness and correct routing of accompanying installations.

Testing, commissioning and handover
We perform pressure tests, weld inspections and installation verification. After completion we prepare a technical acceptance protocol with the investor or site manager and hand over complete as-built documentation.

Service and aftercare
Our relationship does not end at handover. We offer regular inspections, warranty and post-warranty service, and the option to quickly engage our crews for maintenance or expansion of existing facilities.

In which regions do you deliver projects?
Our mobile welding and installation teams deliver projects across Poland and in European Union countries, with particular focus on the DACH market.
Do you take B2B orders as a subcontractor?
Yes, we work both directly with investors and in a B2B model with general contractors, providing qualified welding and installation crews.
What materials do you use for piping systems and tanks?
We specialize exclusively in stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, and special alloys (e.g. AISI 304, AISI 316L). Our workshop facilities ensure a clean processing environment with no risk of steel contamination.
What welding methods does AWKR Quality use?
Our primary technology is TIG / GTAW (141) welding under inert gas shielding, which ensures full penetration, a clean finish, and the highest purity of the internal weld root.
Can installation work proceed without stopping production at the plant?
Yes, we adapt flexibly to the client's schedule. We work during planned technological shutdowns, service windows, and also in shift or night mode.
What weld quality control methods do you use?
Every installation undergoes rigorous acceptance procedures. Depending on project requirements, we perform visual testing (VT), penetrant testing (PT), endoscopic borescope inspection of pipe interiors, and pressure tests.
Do you provide full acceptance documentation (DTR) after the work is completed?
Yes, after the investment is completed we hand over a complete acceptance package, including 3.1 material certificates, welding certificates, and protocols from pressure tests and flushing/passivation.
